Unix Timestamp Converter
Convert Unix timestamps, ISO dates, and readable times back and forth so logs, APIs, and database values make sense. It removes the mental arithmetic from seconds, milliseconds, and time zones. It is free, needs no account, and adds no watermark to your result.

The input is detected as a Unix timestamp or a date. Timestamps in seconds, milliseconds, microseconds or nanoseconds are told apart by their number of digits, and dates are read in the usual written forms: ISO 8601, 1 October 2026, October 1st 2026, and 13.10.2026 day first as in Europe, with slashes read month first unless the first number is over 12. The result shows ISO, UTC and your local time side by side, with how the input was read and how long ago it was; a date without a time zone is read in your local time, and the result says so. Paste a column of values to convert them all at once.
Where it stops: Ambiguous human dates depend on locale assumptions, so ISO 8601 is safest when precision matters. Leap seconds and calendar edge cases should be checked in the target system.
Everything you need, without a paywall.
Common questions.
Seconds or milliseconds?
Both, and microseconds and nanoseconds too: the unit is told from the number of digits and shown in the result.
Can I convert many timestamps at once?
Yes. Paste one per line, from a log or a spreadsheet column, and each line is converted.
Does it show UTC?
Yes. UTC and local-readable forms are shown so you can compare them.
Why is my date off by hours?
That is usually a time zone offset. Compare the UTC value with the local value.
