CSV Toolbox
Clean and reshape CSV text without opening a spreadsheet: sort rows, inspect columns, normalize delimiters, and prepare a file for import. It is the quick bench for small CSV fixes. It is free, needs no account, and adds no watermark to your result.

What happens to your file.
The text is parsed as delimited rows, operations are applied to the parsed table, and the result is written back using valid CSV quoting rules. Working on parsed rows prevents commas inside quoted values from being treated as separators.
Where it stops: This is a lightweight CSV utility, not a full spreadsheet. It does not calculate formulas or understand workbook styling, and very large files are better handled by the file converters.
Everything you need, without a paywall.
Common questions.
Can it sort by a column name?
Yes. Give the header or column position and the parsed rows are sorted under that column.
Does it break commas inside quotes?
No. The parser respects quoted cells before any operation is applied.
When should I use CSV to Excel instead?
Use CSV to Excel when the final result needs to be an XLSX workbook rather than plain text.
